IMPORTANT: You have at least 3 cm "air" above the window
The exhaust air hose is mounted in the center in front of the window with the pre-assembled adapter. It can be guided over the window. The window can be tilted and closed without removing the hose. If the hose is routed over the window (not always possible), the window can also be opened completely without removing the hose. The exhaust air system can remain installed all year round. The assembly and disassembly effort is low.
The exhaust air system consists of:
Side panel on the right and left, a 2-part upper grille (upper grille for short), 2 x support brackets, the air collection box and the hose box, as well as the hose adapter made of plastic, a hose clamp, various screws and nuts, all threaded rods for tensioning including system nuts and tools. Each set is complete for one window.
Construction:
First, the side panels are mounted according to the assembly instructions. They are firmly clamped between the window sill and the window lintel using the threaded rods you have pre-assembled. No gluing or drilling is necessary. The firm hold is provided exclusively by the clamp.
A support bracket is mounted at the top of each of the side panels. These angles carry the upper lattice.
The two halves of the upper grille can be precisely adjusted to the width of the window by sliding them into each other and are screwed tight with the screws provided.
The air collection box is placed on top and attached to the upper grille with the hooks and nuts provided.
The hose box is simply screwed in front of the air collection box with the two M4 plastic nuts.
Fasten the plastic adapter to your exhaust air hose with the enclosed hose clamp, screw it to the hose box, done.
